Backup and Restore makes it easy to move Databases between computers. Frequent backing up of databases avoids data loss in the case of computer disk failure.
You should select a Directory on your PC for backups. You can select up to 2 directories for backup. This enables you to keep backups on your Race PC and also another disk drive, for example a USB Memory Key.
