There are a large number of RC Bands in use throughout the world. In order to configure your system to suit local needs you can select any of these preset bands or you can manually enter any frequencies you require.
A common requirement is to enter the new 2.4Ghz DSM systems. You can do this by adding a DSM frequency channel to any band or by making anew Band for DSM systems.
To add a single frequency, choose a band that is in use (we will choose UK 40Mhz) and scroll to the bottom of the list. With the mouse over the bottom channel click the right mouse button and select Add Crystal.
A new entry will appear.
Over the Channel enter a name, such as Spektrum and enter the frequency as 0.001
If your system uses decimal separator of comma , you will have to enter 0,001
The frequency will be displayed as 2.4Ghz.
Alternatively you can overwrite one of the existing bands with a new band for 2.4Ghz systems.
First select the Tab of a band that is not in use. Then select the required band in Preset Crystals 2.
If you select one of these bands and hold the mouse over the selection, you will see a popup hint describing the band.
When you have selected the required band, press "Load with Preset Crystals" Button and you will see a dialog box describing the band you are about to load. Note that you should only load over bands that are not in use, otherwise existing drivers with crystals in the overwritten bands will have crystals in the new band that are very likely to be wrong.
